Click HERE or go to the USPS Official Website and you will be able to enter the tracking number that we provided in your confirmation order.
A. Please refer to us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, if your order hasn’t been shipped we will be able to make the cancelation right away. In case the order is already shipped out, please write at email@example.com and we will initiate the cancellation process.

A. We ship all our orders within 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and your order details. You can track your order HERE or in the USPS Official Website. Orders can take around 3 to 5 business days to arrive to your address.
A. It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on the USPS website. If you are unable to track your shipment post 24 hours please contact us to track your order.
A. Once the order is placed, please contact us and we will try to deliver the order on your preferred date.
Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
A. Our deliver company will attempt to contact you 2 times. You can let him know a convenient time to pick the product up.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE
A. You need to return/exchange a product within 7 days. Please take in consideration:
- Only size exchange is available.
- Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed with the original brand tags and packaging intact.
- Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties and body reducers.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
